Erasmus+ Erfahrungsbericht Rumänien (1.3. – 7.3.2026)

During our Erasmus+ visit in Bucharest we had many different activities and experiences during the week. It was a very interesting trip because we visited many places, learned new things and spent time with students from other countries.

On Monday we arrived at the school and met the other students and teachers. Together we went to the Dimitrie Cantemir Library where the opening meeting took place. The teachers introduced the program and explained what we would do during the week. After that we had a guided tour of the school so we could see the classrooms and other parts of the building. Some students also gave presentations about their school and their country. Later we had lunch and in the afternoon we did an activity called “Erasmus Express”. After the program we spent some time together and many of us played billiard and talked with the other students. It was a nice way to get to know everyone better.

On Tuesday we visited the Palace of Parliament in Bucharest. The building is very big and impressive and we learned some things about the history of Romania. Later that day we had some time to walk around the city. In the evening there was a long party with music where students and teachers spent time together. Most of the music was Romanian and Spanish, which made the atmosphere really fun. Many students were dancing and talking and it was a good opportunity to get to know each other better.

On Wednesday we visited the Village Museum where we could see traditional Romanian houses and learn about how people lived in the past. It was interesting to see the different styles of houses and buildings. Later we returned to the school where there were lesson demonstrations and a robotics workshop. During the day we also went to a lake where we looked at the view and spent some time there together. The place was very nice and relaxing.

On Thursday we visited a traditional village area where we could look at the houses and the surroundings. It was interesting to see how the village looked and how people lived there. Later that day we went to a mall together where we ate Taco Bell. It was a nice moment to relax and spend time with friends after the activities.

On Friday we went again to the Dimitrie Cantemir Library. There we had an evaluation where we talked about the week and shared our opinions about the activities. After that there was a closing ceremony and we received certificates for participating in the Erasmus project. Later there was a traditional food market at the school where the students prepared traditional Romanian food for us. It was very nice to try the different dishes they made. After that we went to the mall to do some shopping and buy souvenirs. We also spent some time in a park where we ate popcorn and listened to music together.

Overall the Erasmus week in Bucharest was a great experience. We visited many interesting places, learned new things and met many new people. It was a very nice opportunity to experience another culture and create good memories together.
